In the Firm Velasco, Sarat & Associates, S. C. – Kreston International, I hold the position of Manager of the Fiscal and Legal Division, with the following responsibilities:
- Internal Auditor of diverse companies: service stations, import, construction, transportation, coffee and cardamom industries, and general commerce.
- Tributary consulting and advice in various companies from the Alta Verapaz state.
- Accounting advice in different companies
- Advice in Internal Accounting and Tributary Controls
- Advice in Trading laws and Societal Law
- Advice in legal-tributary defense of various cases in the administrative and judicial procedures
ACADEMIC ACTIVITY
- Head professor of the Tributary Law Courses in the Legal and Social Sciences in Rafael Landivar University – Coban Extension. 2002-2004.
- Head professor in 2003-2005 in technical reports composition, auditing, accounting costs, financial administration, general accounting, association accounting, advanced accounting, accounting, and special auditing in the Economic Science Faculty from Mariano Galvez University of Guatemala – Coban extension.
- Head professor in 2003-2007 in the Financial Law courses in the legal and Social Sciences Faculty in San Carlos University of Guatemala in the Northern University Center.
